️Job Responsibilities

• Write machine specifications for modernization of production lines.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine specifications.
• Send specifications to vendors/suppliers for quotations.
• Participate in supplier down-selection and make recommendations.
• Drive design reviews with selected suppliers.
• Oversee implementation of equipment upgrades at site.
• Work with cross-functional teams including:
  • Global Integrated Engineering
  • Project Managers
  • Product & Process Development
  • Equipment Integration
  • Site Engineering and Operations

✅Must-Haves

1. Experience in writing machine specifications
2. Manufacturing automation experience
3. Basic understanding of mechanical and controls engineering
4. Ability to manage vendor drawings and design reviews
5. Basic familiarity with tools like Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks

Project Duration

• Initial term: 1 year
• Extension: Possible based on progress and scope expansion

Locations

• Columbus, NE
• Canaan, CT
• Candidates must be  on-site 5 days a week
