We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will assist clients in organizing their travel plans by providing expert advice and recommendations. Your mission is to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free travel experience from booking to return. You’ll handle inquiries, create itineraries, and resolve any travel-related issues with professionalism and care.
Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, or chat
Understand client needs to offer tailored travel solutions
Book flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours
Design personalized itineraries based on budget, goals, and interests
Ensure clients have all required travel documents (passports, visas, insurance)
Process payments, issue tickets, and maintain compliance
Troubleshoot travel disruptions and provide quick, effective resolutions
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
Keep organized records of bookings and client communications
