Job Details

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Services Coordinator to support our team. This role involves entering and updating data in internal systems, coordinating appointments through a scheduling platform, and helping manage a shared inbox. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, a sharp eye for detail, and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and online forms.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Critical thinking and time management abilities

Proficient with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Able to multitask effectively

Previous experience with data entry or scheduling tools is a plus

General Notes:
This role may evolve to include other tasks as needed. The list of duties below is not exhaustive and may include similar responsibilities as assigned.

Hours:
Typical schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or as directed by management)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support appointment scheduling through internal platforms

Help manage and route emails in a shared team inbox

Create and maintain various reports

Participate in product training as needed

Collaborate effectively within a team environment
