Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.As a member of the management team assist in the oversight of the daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as providing input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Education Qualifications:

• BSN Requirement
• 2 years of RN experience

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
