Order Puller / Forklift Operator
Location: West Chester, OH 45011
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday - 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay: $18.75 to start - Eligible for benefits and pay increase once hired full-time!
Position Summary:
The Order Puller is responsible for accurately pulling and staging customer orders using a sit-down forklift. This role plays a key part in ensuring that shipments are prepared and ready for on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a sit-down forklift to pull orders based on pick lists or shipping manifests.
* Verify product codes, quantities, and conditions.
* Stage orders in designated shipping areas for loading.
* Safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and staging areas.
* Follow all safety protocols and equipment procedures.
Requirements:
* Recent experience operating a sit-down forklift.
* Prior warehouse or order pulling experience strongly preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when needed.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
