Metal Casting Operator Glens Falls, NY $21-$22/hour Join a company that values your skills, safety, and work-life balance! Kelly Services is partnering with a local client who is seeking a Metal Casting Operator to join their manufacturing team in Glens Falls, NY. In this role, you’ll operate induction furnaces and continuous casters to produce high-quality metal castings and components used in various industrial applications.What You’ll Do:Operate and monitor production equipment (furnaces, casters, tools) Clean and inspect casting molds and dies Operate hand and power tools, including saws Use cranes and forklifts to move materials Monitor furnace temperatures and perform basic process checks Record data in ERP systems and maintain accurate work orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (required) Experience with heavy machinery or in a manufacturing setting preferred Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to read, follow instructions, and accurately record data Self-motivated and dependable Physical Requirements:Ability to work in high temperatures Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to obtain respirator clearance What We Offer:Competitive pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Referral Bonuses Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday overtime Be part of a growing team that values safety, development, and work-life balance.
