The Position: Fashion Stylist

Overview:

Our Stylists are trendsetters and tastemakers who represent the AKIRA brand with passion and purpose. With a deep love for fashion and styling, they consistently exceed sales goals, build loyal clientele, and create unforgettable shopping experiences that keep our customers saying, "I LOVE AKIRA!"


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service using AKIRA's 5 Steps of Selling

  • Provide personalized styling advice and insight into the latest trends

  • Curate full, head-to-toe looks tailored to each client's style

  • Maintain and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the shopping experience

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA's product offering

  • Support the upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the store

  • Consistently exceed individual sales targets

  • Collaborate with team members to hit storewide sales goals

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds as needed

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including full shifts (10-12 hours)

**This is an hourly position with additional sales commission. Total compensation will vary based on geographical location and individual sales performance.

Job Type: Part Time

At AKIRA, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The starting pay for this position is $17.00 - $25.00 per hour hourly position with additional sales commission), and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Additional compensation and benefits may also apply and will be discussed during the hiring process.
