We are specifically seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in a relevant field, current BCBA certification, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families. Experience in Autism services and a deep sense of empathy and communication are essential.

  • Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention programs for individuals with Autism
  • Conduct assessments and design function-based behavior support plans
  • Lead and inspire RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and team growth
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals
  • Embrace a hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and remote-based work
Required Skills
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with Autism
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis
  • Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Practical experience managing and supervising team members
  • Collaborative organizational and communication skills to facilitate accomplishment of goals with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Access to reliable transportation
